PODCAST

Braziers Park is a unique community and educational trust located in the picturesque south Oxfordshire countryside. Founded in 1950, it has been a living experiment in communal living, where residents share responsibilities for the main house, a Grade II listed building, as well as 55 acres of land, an organic kitchen garden and orchards. The community also holds courses and events, supported by visiting volunteers from around the world.

As one of the oldest secular communities in the UK, Braziers Park strives to create a space where people can integrate learning and teaching while developing their full potential – intellectually, physically, emotionally, and spiritually. The community seeks to understand and strengthen its relationships with each other, the natural environment, and society at large, aiming to take constructive action in the world.

2025 marks Braziers Park's 75th anniversary. As part of the celebrations, a podcast series is being launched. The podcast will feature various individuals who have worked or lived at Braziers Park over the years, offering insights into its rich history and ongoing evolution.

First out is Will Simpson – a Trustee and former resident who is interviewed by Katarina Cooper – a Trustee and also a former resident.
