4pm Friday 6th - 2pm Sunday 8th November 2026

Opening to Silence

About the event:

This is a weekend of deep meditation and yoga, where you can discover – perhaps surprisingly – that you are already completely fulfilled. Sam Settle and Sandy Chubb will hold a spacious, supportive container with plenty of silence, giving you the chance to become intimate with the presence of who you are. As mind and heart grow quieter, the ego can rest too – and then it all begins. The asana and pranayama sessions will help release and open the body, so you can sit more easily in meditation. Braziers Park is set within a beautiful landscape, with time to enjoy it by day – and beneath the crescent moon and stars by night.
