CANCELLATION POLICY
This cancellation policy applies to all events at Braziers Park, including single-day workshops and residential or weekend bookings.
– Cancellations made at least 10 days before the event are eligible for a full refund.
– Cancellations made fewer than 10 days before the event are eligible for either a 50% refund or the option to transfer the booking to another event in our programme, subject to availability.
Illness or exceptional circumstances
If you are unable to attend due to illness or other exceptional circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible. While we cannot guarantee refunds outside the above policy, we will always aim to be fair and considerate where possible.
