Apply for our Academic & Creative Residency Programme



Braziers Park is inviting applications for our self-funded ACRE (Academic and Creative Research) Residency Programme. We are welcoming up to 12 residents between 1 December 2026 and 8 March 2027. We welcome artists, researchers, writers, and thinkers interested in developing work through communal living and shared enquiry. There is no fixed submission deadline; however, we recommend applying early, as the open call will close once we have identified 12 suitable candidates.

Bring your retreat to Braziers Park



With beautiful grounds, characterful spaces, accommodation, and catering, we offer a peaceful residential setting for wellbeing retreats, workshops, and group gatherings. Available for whole-site and individual space bookings, our historic house and rural Oxfordshire grounds provide a welcoming place to slow down, connect, and spend meaningful time together. Groups can make use of shared gathering spaces, comfortable bedrooms, home-cooked meals, and the surrounding gardens and woodland.

At Braziers Park School of Integrative Social Research, we are embarking on a renewed journey in 2025, guided by the triad of Soil, Soul, Society – a profound framework of ecological and spiritual consciousness articulated by educator, activist, and thinker Satish Kumar. This philosophy will shape our calendar of events, workshops, and courses inspiring participants to engage with the natural world, deepen inner awareness, and cultivate sustainable communities.

Tenancy Opportunity

A rare tenancy opportunity has become available at Braziers Park. The Bothy is a self-contained one-bedroom cottage with its own kitchen, lounge, and bathroom, situated within the grounds of our historic community in South Oxfordshire. We are seeking a tenant who is interested not only in the property itself, but also in becoming part of the wider Braziers environment. Rent is £1,099 per calendar month. Deadline for expressions of interest: 30th June. Occupancy to start: 1st August.

Open Vacancy

We are seeking a new Facilities Manager to join our residential community from September 2026. This part-time role (16 hrs/week) involves helping care for and maintain the buildings and wider site while contributing to the day-to-day life of the community. The post is residential and offers an opportunity to live and work within Braziers’ unique educational and communal environment. Applications close 22 June 2026, with interviews beginning w/c 6 July.
