Braziers Park hosts a variety of in-person programmes and events featuring Braziers community residents and external contributors. Through workshops, residential retreats, nature connection practices, film screenings, and live music festivals, Braziers Park creates interactive spaces to explore the connections between nature, community, and spirituality.

Volunteering

Braziers Park is home to about 25 people. An important part of the community is an ever-changing, international group of volunteers. We welcome volunteers to stay between one and three months in exchange for 30 hours volunteering per week. In return for their contribution to Braziers Park, volunteers get accommodation, meals, and the opportunity to live and learn with us.

Our community is made up of residents, employees, and volunteers. Paid positions inlcude administrative, educational, community, and land-based roles. While some of our jobs are offered on a non-residential basis, others invite you to come and become part of our community.

Venue Hire

Braziers Park welcomes groups of all types and sizes, from conferences and weddings to creative workshops and spiritual retreats. We take bookings throughout the year, both at the weekends and during the week. Braziers offers a range of bookable indoor and outdoor spaces including a campsite for lager festivals.

History & Heritage


Braziers Park has a history, which long predates its actual founding in 1950. We are in the process of systematically organising our archive, which includes weavings, photographs, accounts, minutes, brochures, and many other things linking to the making of Braziers as we know it today.

Research

Braziers Park invites applications from creative practitioners and researchers who are interested in coming to live at Braziers and want to spend some time here, starting or expanding existing enquiries in the context of Braziers’ community life and land. Braziers’ residents and wider community also offer a built-in peer network and enthusiastic audience for the development and presentation of new work and ideas.
